Shiu Sean Moi, is the Co-Founder and Sales Director of Prima Nexus. She received her BA(Hons) in Design, Majoring in Advertising and Marketing from Curtin University College, Australia. She has more than 10 years of experience in the field of product development, advertising, sales and marketing, investment, corporate finance, financial management. Prior to joining Prima Nexus, she joined DHL Malaysia and was involved in their sales and marketing activities. She was subsequently promoted to Product Development Manager for DHL Global where she architect and implement business strategies to optimize various industry partner relationships on a local, regional or global basis. 

Taking the position as Sales Director in Prima Nexus, her responsibilities include negotiating major tender and contract, sales and marketing, regulatory, technical, and oversight of commercial lab animals business. Together with her team of Master and PhD professionals, Prima Nexus has emerged as a reputable life science and medical research solution provider. She is also active in numerous local and overseas professional pre-clinical organizations.

Some of the notable success stories that she has implemented include among others, the successful establishment of dengue transgenic animal models in Malaysia with MOH, setting up the first neurological research facility in UiTM Medical school, and establishing the first lab animal breeding technology transfer in Malaysia in NIBM. Further, she was also involved in various other deals exercises with a combined transaction value in excess of RM 20 million within the first four years of company establishment.

Ms Nura is the Assistant Sales Director and Life Science R&D Lead of Prima Nexus. She received her honours degree in Biomedical Science from Melbourne University, Australia. She has 6 years of working experiences in a business-critical role, making a substantial contribution to the future growth of sales, services and branding of the company. She is also responsible for handling all corporate marketing events, planning a campaign including the delivery results for key strategies initiative in the life science industry in Malaysia. 

Apart from being an active member of Laboratory Animal Science Association of Malaysia (LASAM) and and Malaysian Association for Cancer Research (MACR), she also managed several research group projects ​mainly on biomolecular related researches applications such as Multiplex ImmunoAssay, ELISA, NGS, RT-PCR and at the same time supporting researchers to achieve their research outcome successfully. 

She has a great hope for the life science industry and aims to contribute to the improvement of the research activities in Malaysia.

Dr Lee LJ, is the Genomic Lead of Prima Nexus, Founder and Director of Cliniva Research (Human Clinical Trial subsidiaries of Prima Nexus). Dr. Lee obtained his PhD in Molecular Biology and Bachelor of Science degrees from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He has been involved in various research projects in immunology, genetics, molecular biology, microbiology, virology and oncology.

Apart from that, he also involved in setting up of  training clinical diagnostic laboratories that provide services such as precision medicine, cancer risk assessment, HIV genotyping, molecular pathogen detection, preimplantation genetic screening and non-invasive prenatal tests. He has accumulated extensive experience in molecular biology technologies especially in next-generation sequencing, Sanger sequencing, PCR, real-time PCR and bioinformatics analysis from his past working experiences.
